These Terms govern your use of the BulkiApps website (bulkiapps.com) and the Shopify apps we publish ("Apps"). By using our website or installing an App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

BulkiApps provides software tools for Shopify merchants, distributed through the Shopify App Store and operating inside the Shopify admin. Your use of any App is also subject to Shopify's own terms and the App's listing details.

2. Installation & accounts

Apps are installed via the Shopify App Store and authenticated through your Shopify store. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for the actions taken within your store.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Apps or website.
• Don't use the Apps to violate any law or Shopify's policies.
• Don't attempt to access data that isn't yours.

4. Read-only nature of Product QA

Product QA operates with read-only access to your product catalog. It analyzes and reports; it does not modify your products. Any changes to your store are made by you, in Shopify's own tools. You are responsible for the accuracy of your store data and the changes you make.

5. Fees

Product QA is currently offered free of charge. If we introduce paid features or apps, pricing will be presented through the Shopify App Store and billed via Shopify's billing, subject to the terms shown at the time.

6. Intellectual property

The Apps, website, and their content are owned by BulkiApps and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Apps while installed and in good standing.

7. Disclaimers

The Apps and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Product QA's checks and scores are guidance to help you improve your catalog; they are not guarantees of search ranking, sales, or compliance. You remain responsible for your store.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BulkiApps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Apps or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Apps at any time by uninstalling them. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. On uninstall, your app data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as our products evolve. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
